Week #2

Countdown to Penang Bridge Half Marathon: 30th July

Monday: morning blitz, evening 30 mins - progress!
Tuesday: 15 mins nia... blame it on meeting the couple-kawan :(
Wednesday: chilling
Thursday: 40 mins mid-low intencity
Friday: 35 mins mid-high intencity
Saturday: walking the hill, swimming
Sunday: hill training: 33 mins high intensity

Verdict: consistency returning, though exactly 3 weeks from now only; still loads to catch up
