116km in 6 hours 46 mins. Aiming for a sub-6:30hrs timing, held back by the stupendously hot and humid weather during the last run loop- thankfully, managed to leg the swim part of it without drowning! Biking was alright, with good company along the journey, especially CK for legging together the final 20k. Leo was literally flying off the shelves with sub 45mins swim, and sub 3:15 bike. Keep up the great work. A good taster to a half ironman distance - guess it's a battle of willpower against the aforementioned distance, and of course, battling hunger pangs!
